Patrick Knight

JCI Certified International Trainer (ITF #102)

Patrick Knight is a lawyer from Miami, Florida (USA). He has extensive experience in organizational leadership and has been a conference director of two conferences held in the United States – one in Miami and one in Atlanta. Patrick is an Certified International Training Fellow (ITF) in JCI and recently, served as the 2011 JCI Training Chairperson for all JCI trainers around the world. As a local president in JCI back in 2001 and 2002, Patrick’s local organization was named the best in the United States two years in a row and was recognized as one of the three best local JCI organizations in the world.
In addition to his work as a litigation attorney and his time in JCI, Patrick is an international speaker and trainer through his company, KnightVision Seminars. (www.knightvisionseminars.com). He has given speeches or conducted seminars in twenty different states in the U.S. and twenty-five other countries around the world. He has also written a book called Blessed to Survive and routinely travels around the world speaking about overcoming tragedy and moving forward in life with a positive attitude. Per Stilling

JCI Certified IG Level Trainer

Per is working within the training field, with a focus on increasing the output of individuals, groups and companies.Per graduated with honors from Oregon State University in Oregon (M.sci. in Business) and later from ESCP-EAP in Paris (MBA). Behind him he has many years of experience within the ICT-field, but now focuses on training and organizational development. Customers are found across the globe, and he services needs and wants in most industries.  Per is currently partner of Moementum (www.moementum.no), a company of 28 employees specializing in sales training programs.

Awards & Accolades
In Osaka, Japan, Per Stilling was awarded Most Outstanding Trainer in 2010. Per Stilling is JCI Senator and an active JCI member since 1998.



Deniz Senelt

JCI Certified International Trainer (ITF #091)

Deniz Senelt joined Junior Chamber International back in 1998. Being a member in New York, Vienna and Istanbul she served in many officer positions, including board memberships and as Local President. She also took Director responsibilities at the COCs of the 2002 European Conference and the 2007 World Congress.

Deniz is JCI Senator # 68236 and was awarded as the Most Outstanding Trainer in 2006.

So far Deniz trained in 23 JCI countries and she is known with her training titled “LeaderMind” that she delivered at several Congresses and Conferences. After being the Head Trainer of the JCI Prime Course, she worked at the designing teams of the JCI Trainer and JCI Designer. She was certified Head Trainer for JCI Presenter, JCI Trainer, JCI Designer, JCI Admin and JCI Achieve. Deniz was four times member of the JCI European Academy’s Trainer Team and was the Head Trainer of JCI European Academy in 2013. He is the Head Trainer of Future Leaders Academy 2014 by JCI Norway and the Head Trainer of Project Management Academy in 2013 and 2014 by JCI Russia.

Having been a participant of the JCI COC Academy in 2007, she became there also a trainer in 2008 and its Head Trainer in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

In her daily business life Deniz Senelt has been the training manager of the well-known fashion retail company, Vakko, and then she broke new grounds and took the way JCI shows by becoming an entrepreneur and running her own training, coaching and consultancy company, ProAkademi (www.proakademi.com.tr).

She is a frequent author of the HR Magazine and also published at Toastmaster Magazine and Personal Excellence Magazine and a returning speaker and panelist at the Annual International Conference of the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), speaking 8th time in 2014, in Washington DC, USA.

Besides all that Deniz is also doing her graduate studies in Cognitive Psychology at the prestigious Bosphorus University. She is specialized in public speaking, communication, presentation techniques, leadership, customer relations, sales management, teambuilding, goal setting and coaching trainings.

Benjamin Wille-Baumkauff


Benjamin Wille-Baumkauff is experienced specialist in the field of Marketing. Having studied in Germany (University of Bayreuth) with stays in Argentina and Japan (Keio Business School Tokyo), he holds a diploma degree in Business Administration and is currently close to finish his PhD in B2B Marketing (Technical University Braunschweig) with stays in Estonia (Estonian Business School Tallinn) and Australia (UWA Business School Perth).

Benjamin worked for several international companies (e.g. Lufthansa and Volkswagen) and since 2008 he is responsible for Marketing and Sales in the Hungarian organic wine estate Tokaj Pendits (www.pendits.de) where he supports his family. In addition to that Benjamin has several years of experience as a lecturer at diverse national and international universities.

Benjamin is active member of JCI Germany in Braunschweig. He was responsible for organization and marketing of the German Night at European Conference Tarragona 2011 as a marketing event of European Conference Braunschweig 2012 with more than 1500 participants. In 2012 he was responsible for Road Show/Marketing for European Conference Braunschweig 2012 with more than 2100 participants, promoting the Conference in more than 15 countries within Europe. He was awarded as Member of the year Chapter Braunschweig 2011.
